Stephen Hawking admitted his theory, Hawking radiation, was in error back in 2004 after losing a bet.

The man so many people call the smartest person on Earth was wrong for 30 years, so he recalculated his theory so CERN physicists could continue to state that it would evaporate mini black holes until they realized it could be completely wrong? CERN has removed it’s reference of the Hawking Radiation theory from it’s site, which was simply called a process by Stephen Hawking from The safety of the LHC page. This proves that CERN isn’t sure it will save the day if micro black holes are created at the LHC since it has already been proven to be in error.

Cosmic Rays hitting the Earth’s atmosphere are hitting stationary Earth Particles, so no one can compare that to protons traveling at each other at near light speed till they collide in the LHC. If CERN physicists really want to mimic nature, then protons traveling at a high speed in one direction should be hitting stationary particles.
 
Why is it that micro black holes is crazy talk, but CERN recreating the Big Bang at the LHC, so they state, is safe science? CERN states on their Facts and Figures page that the LHC’s proton collisions will generate temperatures 100,000 times hotter than the core of the sun, and this same energy from these collisions, which CERN states on The safety of the LHC page, is comparable to that of a mosquito in flight. Who’s talking crazy here?

CERN’s LHC safety report is based on theories, not facts, and it’s insane the media is not picking up on this. If I can research this, what are the news agencies waiting for? Easier to report hand me down news?

Wie oft muss man das eigentlich wiederholen: Die Hawkingsstrahlung ist ebensowenig wie das Rössler-Theorem Gegenstand der Sicherheitsanalysen ! Die Sicherheitsanalysen setzen voraus, dass die am LHC erzeugten Schwarze Loch-artigen Gebilde langlebig sind, ganz egal, ob das via Rössler-Theorem oder via widerlegter Hawkingstrahlung oder via einem anderen physikalischen Prozess erfolgt. - Wenn man um die Sicherheit der Erde besorgt ist, dann muss man bei der Sicherheitsanalyse ansetzen und nicht bei einer Aussage, die VORHER in der logischen Kette steht. Somit ist Ihr Beitrag bedauerlicherweise als reine Polemik zu qualifizieren. Ralf Kannenberg

Hm. Also: bis jetzt lief die Argumentation immer so: Mini-Black-Holes können entstehen, lösen sich aber sofort wieder auf. Kommplett. Vollständig. Alle. Und zwar aufgrund der Hawking-Strahlung. Und darum, so habe ich das noch gestern in einer Stellungnahme des CERN gelesen, ist die ganze Sache völlig ungefährlich. Professor Rößler war es, der am Hawking´schen Dogma kratzte, der erklärte, daß diese Mini-Black-Holes durchaus nicht alle verdampfen müssen, daß sie durchaus auch langlebig sein können und den man dafür wortreich niedermachte. - Jetzt tun Sie so, als sei das alles nie passiert - mutet etwas sonderbar an! Ganz abgesehen davon, daß es so typisch wissenschaftlich ist, die Einschätzung von Risiken an irgendwelchen Formulierungen festzumachen! - Wenn man um die Sicherheit der Erde besorgt ist, muß man mitnichten bei der Sicherheitsanalyse ansetzen, sondern bei denen, die das Ganze auf die Frage beschränken, welche Theorien ihnen in den Kram passen und welche nicht. - Sorry, Herr Kannenberg, aber Ihre Antwort fällt für mich nicht mal mehr unter den Begriff "Polemik", sondern das ist das hilflose Rudern, Stochern, Rühren und Rumhacken in Formalien, auf die man sich nur dann zurückzieht, wenn man in der Sache nicht mehr weiter weiß!
