In regard to BP‘s bad luck, it is vital to re-iterate CERN’s claim of zero danger to the planet despite the fact that the outcome of the experiment is unknown. The call for a low-budget scientific safety conference, raised two years ago by a “crazy scientist,“ was not authorized by CERN: It would be a waste of money before the decisive rise in luminosity will be achieved soon.
The public should, please, bear in mind that CERN is a legally immune state on the planet like its sister organization, the UNO. “We take the full responsibility for any consequences except for liability.“ If president Obama feels tempted to criticize us, he should bear in mind that this would be a populist stance aimed at women and children, not grown men who need no reassurance before acting.
This appeal to the world public became necessary only because the International Court of Crimes Against Humanity is slow confirming CERN’s absolute immunity.
