Measurements of mass differences will typically be limited by the detector performance to errors of order 1%, whereas the error in the overall mass scale will be dominated by that in the unknown missing energy to the order of 10%

NON-radiating/NON-decaying matter as NON-detectable fall-out of NON-nature-like ultra-high-energetic collisions (in NON-nature-like ultra-high-densities)
in TeV-energy colliders as RHIC, Tevatron and LHC
must be interpreted as stable- (or at least meta-stable-) remaining mass/matter,
which eventually could be of any known (or unknown) kind of matter/mass, as primordial matter is assumed to have been parths of seconds after the (supposed/estimated) big-bang only:
- primordial StrangeQuark-HyperNucleii,
- primordial micro-Black-Holes,
- primordial SUSY-particles,
- primordial magnetic monopoles
- or any , until these days, never thought of form of risk-bearing (because eventually chain-reaction triggering) mass/matter.
NON-detectable because NON-radiating/NON-decaying matter, produced following m=E/c2 must partially fall into Earth’s Core and could trigger there matter-transforming (destructing) chain-reactions onto Earth’s matter.
This is why continually producing higher amounts of NON-detectable because NON-radiating/NON-decaying matter at TeV-energetic colliders must be named as what it is:
an intentionally accepted reduction of this planets chances to further exist for all future generations of all kinds of life and therefore as intentionally accepted reduction of future generations chances to exist.
