Die ersten Experimente mit Bleikernen werden in diesem Jahr stattfinden, es wird also keine 12 Monate mehr dauern, bis diese "Warner" endgültig im stinkenden Sumpf ihrer widerwärtigen, demagogischen Genozid-Brühe und Unwissenheit versinken werden. Auch der hier in den Himmel gejubelte Plaga, der sogar für eine ebenso schmierige Kampagne gegen das CERN herhalten muss, wird noch dieses Jahr vermutlich erkennen müssen, dass seine Vorstellungen von Explosionen im Umkreis des Beschleunigers in das Reich seiner persönlichen Phantasie gehören.

Für die unglaublichen Entgleisungen (verkürzt dargestellt:CERN="Agentur für Massenmord"), die hier diversen Künstlern, Ex-Professoren und in ihrem Bürokratendeutsch überaus peinlich agierenden Beamten unterlaufen sind, wird sich dann ebenso wahrscheinlich dann trotzdem niemand entschuldigen.

Pb-Pb collisions with the LHC will have an energy 28 times that of Au-Au collisions studied at RHIC. With this huge increase in energy a wealth of new phenomena is almost assured. Because of the much larger massnumber, Pb-Pb events can be expected to show exotic phenomena that is beyond the reach of cosmic rays.

I have read the abstract and, so far, have looked briefly through the last mentioned paper.

The paper's argument seems specifically to suggest that emergent results could differ between LHC and cosmic rays in relation to strangelets in particular, where their possible emergence at lhc is positively suggested.

On what basis then can dangerous strangelet production from Pb-Pb be ruled out, if any strangelet production even from the otherwise analogised Fe cosmic rays striking the moon could then perhaps be potentially ruled out?

This differentiation argument had been hinted at by Wilczek et al. in 2000, for their cases III and IV (p.23-24), where the upper bound RHIC risk to the earth was put as high as 1/100,000 or even 1 for IV - thereby offering zero reassurance for the latter case. For the high overall number of pb-pb collisions at lhc the case III bounds would increase greatly.

Infact any of Wilczek et al.'s cases I - IV give upper limit risks very well (from 5x) above nuclear physicist Francesco Calogero (Interdisc Sci Rev 2000) acceptable risk limit of 1 in a trillion per year.

So how can the authors of this newly mentioned paper assure us of safety?

Does it not become the responsibility of them to consider these questions?

Infact, unlike that of lsag and Wilczek et al., this paper accepts the distillation model (implying greater production prospects than otherwise) and the prospect of stable strangelet results.

Wilczek et al. 2000 themselves stated, and LSAG accept, that
'A strangelet growing by absorbing ordinary matter would have an electric charge very close to zero. If its electric charge were negative, it would quickly absorb (positively charged) ordinary matter.. We know of no absolute barrier to rapid growth of a dangerous strangelet.'

Peng et al. 2006, Schaffner Blielich 1997/ Greiner 1997 and Golowich et al. 1986 predict possibility of either stable or metastable negative strangelets of what would be dangerous duration.

It is in their interest as scientists to either find out that these arguments I convey are necessarily flawed, or that otherwise getting science from lhc is futile if at about the same time we get to be afflicted by catastrophe, and in the process making a proper understanding of the physics behind that catastrophe impossible.

Perhaps they are under the insane and unscientific, pre lsag report dated shackle of Dr Engelen's 'there can be only zero stated risk from CERN officials' but I suggest that they or lsag show where my errors are ..
or be prepared to blow the whistle.

We argue that four separate requirements are necessary for this to occur: existence of large stable strangelets, metastability of intermediate size strangelets, negative charge for strangelets along the stability line, and production of intermediate size strangelets in the heavy ion environment. We discuss both theoretical and experimental reasons why each of these appears unlikely; in particular, we know of no plausible suggestion for why the third or especially the fourth might be true. Given minimal physical assumptions the continued existence of the Moon, in the form we know it, despite billions of years of cosmic ray exposure, provides powerful empirical evidence against the possibility of dangerous strangelet production."

The company said that the quark cannon would find 'God's particle', a hypothesized particle called the Higgs,

particle of the zoo of the Universe.
So all that marketing about the Higgs/Top, being 'God's particle' and the most important particle of the Universe is ludicrous.

Wow, what a brillant concidence! Why nobody else didn't ever have such an ingenious idea?
The sum of the masses of the particles W and Z, about 81 GeV and about 91 GeV respectively, is in accordance
with the mass of the top quark about 174 GeV (+/- few GeV). And since the mass of the Higgs particle
according to the contemporary knowledge must be also somewhere in the range between 110 GeV and 1000 GeV (presumably
less then 200 GeV!), the Higgs particle and the top quark surely must be one and the same. That's clear
as daylight, isn't it?

Only for the purpose of precaution, let's take yet a brief view at some physical facts:

In compliance with the standard model of particle physics, the postulated Higgs particle is an electric neutral skalar boson
which has the integer spin 0. This is already implemented by the name "Higgs boson".
Some extensions of the standard model like the mimimal supersymmetric standard model (MSSM)
predict Higgs multiplets with both charged and uncharged particles and a mass maybe less then 130 GeV.
On the other hand quarks are particles with spin 1/2, and like all
particles with a half integer spin they are fermions which are subordinated to the Pauli Exclusion Principle.
This is in particular valid also for the top quark whose charge amounts to +2/3. These properties already are two elementary
properties among others in which the Higgs particle and the top quark differ.
That means, the identification of Higgs particle and top quark is complete nonsense.

Furthermore Mr. Sancho claims that neutrons and protons would decay in the two particles Z and W (he hasn't mentioned
whether W+ or W-, but that's even quite insignificant). This again is a cock-and-bull story. How can be that??
The particles W-, W+ and Z° are the three gauge bosons which pass the weak interaction, but they don't arise as decay products themselves.
A typical process of neutron decay is the beta decay of the neutron which decays into a proton, an electron and an electron
anti neutrino, that means a down quark is being exchanged with an up quark.
Some models of the grand unifying theory (GUT) predict also a finite half-value period of protons, which however
amounts at least to much more then 10^31 years (Super-Kamiokande-Experiment), that means one can wait very long until one proton
will decay. The energy range of the grand unification within which also magnetic monopoles could appear is greater
than 10^24 eV - into this energy range the LHC never will attain.

Conclusion:
There's neither rhyme nor reason in that what Mr. Sancho had written.
Thus if someone wants to make propaganda against CERN and LHC, then do it accurately, please.
However, panicmongering be means of numeric gimmicks like the formation of sums of masses as shown
in the example above has nothing to do with serious physics but rather with esoteric pseudo sciences.
Such attempts to deceive and to dupe the world public only are appropriated rag for the trash can.

1. Einstein’s concept of Mass as a frequency of information.
The key to grasp the concept of mass as a vortex of acceleration are 2 concepts: one of classic relativity, the principle of equivalence between accelerated motions and masses, and one of fractal relativity, the 'Paradox of Galileo', the fact that we perceived reality either as a moving energy (in this case a vortex) or a fixed space (in this case a particle). Thus all spaces have inner motion, even if our senses don't see that motion or fix that motion.
Let us now consider, once the logic and philosophical principles of the fractal Universe are understood, the meaning of mass according to Fractal Relativity, the work of 'Einstein et al'. And the enormous number of questions it resolves, and then compare that summit of human thought with the musings of Higgs, that summit of Human Hoaxes.
Mass is the great problem presented to Quantum physicists in their model of the Universe. Not so for Einstein who had a very visual, geometrical image of mass, as a vortex that absorbed space-time, attracting in its flow everything else traveling on that space-time as a bath tub attracts all what is in the water it absorbs.
How Einstein did come to that idea? As many text-books and visualizations explain, he realized that when we accelerate, as it happens in a Formula 1 car or a lift, we feel more weight. Thus, he made a bold statement: mass and acceleration are the same. If we feel mass when we accelerate is because mass is acceleration. But what type of acceleration?
The answer is actually quite simple because it turned out that Newton had long ago discovered a beautiful formula to describe all the forces of the Universe: F=m x a.
Where 'a' means a lineal acceleration and so 'm' must be a cyclical acceleration. Indeed, there are no more types of accelerations; and so Einstein (using of course more complex mathematics than Newton to refine his calculus as Mathematics had evolved a lot since Newton’s time) postulated that Masses would be vortices of space-times. Since only a vortex is a cyclical accelerated movement.
That Principle of Equivalence is the fundamental principle in which General Relativity is based. It states merely that mass and cyclical acceleration are the same. It means in layman terms that a mass is not a material form but a movement. And of course, because that movement is an inwards, cyclical movement, it deploys a resistance to be pushed outwards, in a lineal manner, which from our macroscopic view seems to give mass a solid position. Again this is intuitive. If you are a very small being turning at full speed it will be very difficult to push you away. When you see a skater in a ring, he speeds up and closes his arms, to move faster and become more stable in his position. Thus the homology between acceleration and mass defines for a curved space the meaning of a mass and the paradoxical fact that the smaller the vortex is the faster it turns, and the bigger the mass is. It is the same that happens in any stream dragged by a vortex like a hurricane. In that sense what you experience as weight is the inertial resistance of a vortex anchored in a point of space-time to any displacement. The same happens in our macro-Universe when a skater turns around and bends his arms to spin faster. If he opens his arms spreading his vortex it decelerates and becomes easier to move in a lineal direction…
A mass is thus, the inertial force that we need to push away, the accelerated vortex. Those vortex-like spirals accelerating in a curved path, inwards, are like the pictures we observe in accelerators, or the most recent pictures of masses, we have obtained, in which indeed we see a rotating vortex with a frequency or rotational speed, called spin related to its mass. So we have both, logic and experimental proofs. Of course, I have used here and will continue using the simple mathematics of Newton, to describe those concepts because this is a book for non-specialists. What Einstein did is to apply the most modern mathematics called Non-Euclidean to those well known principles (already Descartes said that the Universe was made of vortices and 'res extensa', that is lineal space). So he improved greatly the detail of those vortexes and allowed much more refined calculations than those we could do with the mathematics of Newton, but in essence the principles stayed. So we can explain very easily in an intuitive manner, thanks to the Principle of Equivalence, a mass in a simple equation:

Equivalence Principle: mass = curved acceleration= Cyclical Vortex that resists displacement

If we use the simpler mathematics of Newton to define Einstein’s mass we can see in more detail the properties of such vortices, which can be described as fluids of any of the fractal space-time membranes of the Universe, hence made of 'light quanta', (our membrane), gluon quanta (the super fluid vortices of quarks) or quark quanta (the black holes and quark stars that CERN will form):

Vortex Speed x Radius-size of vortex = Vo x Ro = Constant Value

What this means is that any vortex paradoxically accelerates faster when it is smaller. So the product of its growing speed and diminishing radius is constant. And hence we find that smaller particles that rotate faster have more mass. So the electron which is bigger and rotates slower than the quark has less mass. In fact, the electron mass is 0.1% of the mass of an atom which is all stored in the inner, faster rotating, smaller quarks.
While in the cosmological scale, the black hole which rotates at light speed and occupies the minimal space of all the cosmic bodies, is the most massive form of the Universe. Then it comes a quark star called a pulsar, which has a center of quarks and a surface of dense neutrons. It rotates also very fast, near the speed of light and has an enormous mass. We do not know what the substance of black holes is, but Einstein called them frozen stars and he said that if we were to respect the laws of the scientific method, they had to have a cut-off substance. Then when he died we found quarks and so it is obvious that black holes, the densest frozen stars of the Universe, should be made of top quarks, the densest top quarks of the Universe. Then it comes a lighter quark called a strange quark, which we know is the substance at the core of pulsars, ultra dense stars with enormous rotational speed, and very similar properties to black holes. And so, obviously, scientists fear that CERN, which is a factory of quark condensates, will make a vortex of quarks that will grow and grow, attracting the mass of the Earth and converting us into a black hole or quark star. Simple isn’t? It is then obvious that we must NOT make a factory/cannon of quarks. It is absolutely retarded to do that.
But this fact, which anyone can understand, is however ignored by quantum cosmology, because they don’t believe in Einstein; and of course, those who believe in Einstein are merely interested in the use of the more complex mathematical model of gravitation and mass, in which the Principle of Equivalence of Newton and Einstein is not so clear. The details of the trees prevent them from seeing the big picture of the forest... But here we are concern with the picture that tells us that quarks are the atoms of the densest black holes and quark stars, because only among the known particles, quarks are that heavy, and only among the known celestial bodies, black holes and quark stars are that heavy. And because dark matter represents 75% of the universes mass, very likely dark matter is made of black holes, pulsars and other types of quark stars. Now when you get into details, the word vortex is substituted by spin, the word curved cycle by Non-Euclidean geometry, and you use also two different names for the forces of the quark vortices (strong force) and the black hole and pulsar (gravitational force), because you are talking of 2 scales of reality, the quantum, microscopic world and the cosmological world. But those details that we could provide here, if we had any hope to convert quantum cosmology to Einstein’s mass, are of no importance to understand in simple maths, the meaning of mass:

Max. Rotational Speed x Min. Radius= Quarks & Black Holes= The densest masses of the Cosmos
Med. Rotational Speed x Med. Radius = Electrons and Stars
0 Rotational Speed x Max. Radius = Light = 0 Mass.

It is in those terms how it becomes easy to understand the different masses of different particles and cosmic bodies, related to their angular momentum: the electron which turns slower in a wider circumference is far lighter than the proton that turns faster in a smaller space, which is lighter than the black hole which turns to the limit of speed of our World.
While the mass of light is zero because the electromagnetic wave never closes in itself, but once it has made half a circumference downwards switches upwards and so it moves as a transversal, lineal wave without mass and maximal, infinite radius.
Now it is easy to understand how mass (rotational motion) becomes energy (lineal movement) and vice versa (E=Mc2). E=Mc2 means just that when energy approaches the c-limit of speed of our spacetime, as it cannot go faster, it deflects its energy that curls into cyclical motion, into mass. This of course, is another thing CERN pretends to research with the quark cannon. Because using quantum equations and Higgs particles there is no way to understand how energy becomes mass and vice versa...

2. Masses are vortices of physical information.
What is the mathematical relationship between mass, time and information? Einstein hinted that time, form and mass were related, when he said that 'time curves space into mass'. And it showed that relationship in its equations. Now, once the Duality of the Universe and the curved form of temporal information is understood, we can fully grasp the meaning of that sentence.
Look at the back of a clock. It is a cyclical spiral that turns and turns and carries the information of time. So it is a mass: a clock of physical time. While the forces of the Universe at any scale are the energy of space. And so we are all made of spatial energy that extends and creates space and movement. And cyclical clocks of time, whirls of masses and charges that carry information.
The complex evolution of those 2 motions, chained in infinite puzzles, evolving in networks, grouping in bigger structures is what we call the fractal Universe made of spatial energy and information.

All this explains why in relativity time is related to gravity which affects the movement of cyclical clocks since:
Mass = frequency of a whirl of Times = Vortex of cyclical/clock-like movements (any orbit, mass or charge=spin)....
Now, let us consider unlike quantum phsicists, if this fundamental advance of modern science can be proved with the 3 tenants of the scientific method, matheamtical proof, logic proof and experimantl proof. The logic proof is in the explanations we just have made of it. Unlike the Higgs mechanism, they are logic. The mathematical proof is as simple and beautiful as it gets.
Just substitute in Einstein’s 2 main formulas where Mass and Time come out, to obtain its relationship:

Energy =Mass x c2 & Energy x Time =Constant.

Then you get: Mass =Constant /Time= k x v (Frequency).
Since Time and frequency are inverse: T=1/v.
Which means that the faster the frequency of a vortex of space time, is the bigger the mass is, and the slower lineal time will happen. And this is the 3rd proof of the experimental method, as astrophysicists have shown that Relativity is truth because time passes slower when we come closer to a masvie object like a black hole.
Now we can translate easily into the XXI century jargon of energy and information, what CERN will do. Since atoms are made of two substances:
- An electronic cover, ruled by electro-weak forces that make up our world and it occupies a lot of space but it has very little mass/physical information. All what you see is that electronic cover. The trees, the people, the homes, the rivers, the land, the air that surrounds us is all part of the empty space made of the energy of light - an ethereal ghost that might seem very important to us but is so thin and transparent for dark matter as the vacuum is for us.
- And an inner nucleus made of quarks, trapped in protons and neutrons, which has all the mass of the Universe and occupies very little space. And hence it has all the attractive, gravitational force. According to Einstein’s relativity theory -the standard theory of science in all things related to mass -this is explained because masses are whirls of space-time that accelerate inwards like a hurricane and so the smallest they are the faster they turn. So we find inside the Nuclei of atoms, the eyes of the hurricanes of space-time, the densest, fastest rotating masses of the Universe (quarks) that now will be unleashed by the quark cannon – the final frontier of energy, that could big-bang planet Earth. They are dark because their attractive power is so huge that they can absorb electro-weak matter, light, both at quantum, microscopic level (quarks) and at cosmological level (black holes). Light comes to them, attracted by gravitation and whirls around and finally disappears.
Quantum physicists do not fully grasp the meaning of that essential duality of the Universe between energy/space/electroweak matter and information/density/cyclical time clocks of strong matter, because they rejected Einstein’s theory of mass as whirls of space-time for the musings of Higgs. And so we find the astounding fact of thousands of stubborn believers in an energy=entropy only theory of the Universe, they call quantum entropy, which denies massive experimental evidence on the beautiful theory of Mr. Einstein on mass, quark condensates and black holes and will risk mankind to prove themselves wrong, trying to explain what is perfectly explained by Einstein and those of us who have evolved his work on mass and physical information. Now, we might be wrong, but to risk the life of mankind to prove absurd theories as those of Mr. Higgs and Mr. Hawking is an act of criminal negligence that we have rightly denounced in Courts. Here, we shall not entertain those absurdities but consider Einstein right and his work, which is Standard Cosmology and the recent advances Fractal Relativists have done following its steps, the facts of mass, black holes and quarks.
And it is amazing to realize that this was already understood by the first scientist Descaretes, which said that all were vortices and res externsa.
Since true science is a mental evolution of the languages of man, logic, which Descartes rightly put on top of the pyramid of science, and mathematics. And so essentially, the true scientists of history form a body of thought, constantly evolving the simple laws described before, and the natural morphologies of the Universe, those of energy and information.
The cyclical vortices of gravitational masses inside the atom are dominant in form, in in/form/ation.
They are like small clocks of time that carry a frequency of rotation, where the Universe stores its physical information. Since frequency is the measure of information. So this computer has 3 gigahertz of frequency. And so the black hole and the top quark in the 2 fractal scales of the Universe, the cosmological and quantum scale, carry the information of reality in its frequency, an information that will latter evolve into more complex systems till creating us, informative beings, which in a world of entropy only have no meaning or reason to exist (this unresolved mystery of the theory of quantum entropy - the inexistence of information - is called the information paradox).

3. The holographic principle. The bidimensional transformation of the Universe.
We shall end this brief introduction to the concept of mass, considering other logical question that the organic, dualist philosophy of science resolves in physics - the meaning and number of dimensions in the Universe.
In simple terms, dimensions are the perceptions of lineal energies and cyclical clocks of time, as 'fixed' information and space. Those motions, perceived as 'fixed' shapes by the eye create the sensation of space, which Einstein rightly defined as:

'Space is motion relative to a simultaneous frame of reference'

Thus spatial energy is lineal energy moving, creating surfaces of space with its movement. And, as the pictures of lines of cars moving that elongate space, space and distance are two ways of perceiving a volume of energy. It also means that the space we see is the 'light-membrane'. We see light-space. And so what we see has exactly the 3 perpendicular, Euclidean dimensions of the energetic fields of light: height is the electric field, width, the magnetic field and length the reproductive c-speed of light. It also follows that our light world cannot go faster than light, which is a tautology, since it is made of light.
We are thus, all fractal pieces of light space-time, which has evolved into complex forms of in/form/ation. We are made of evolved light-space.
Thus, dimensions, as everything in physics, are easier to ‘see’ with visual, topological models, the ultimate language of the Universe, since God doesn't play dices but is a painter in 4 dimensions, 2 of energy, a plane of lineal motions, and 2 of information, cyclical motions, whose bites and bits combine to shape in scale or fractal organism of reality, the shapes you see, from the informative particles of physical space, to the cyclical motions of the neuronal path/thoughts of your spherical head.
Because a clock of information is a cycle, it has 2 dimensions, height and rhythm, as it happens to the screen or page of a book where you read this text.
So height becomes a dimension of information and the Universe becomes a game of 2 bidimensional type of entities: planes of energy and cycles of information with height. This is obvious; your head of information, an antenna, and any informative system is on top of your energy body.
Because the Universe is fractal, each entity is a piece of bits and bites of energy and information and so the relative height of each species is local. This is called in Relativity the ‘diffeomorphic principle’.
What matters is that now we can understand how ‘energy’ becomes information, how geometrical space and clocks of time combine. Since in Galilean Physics, when time was lineal, not a cyclical clock of information, it could not be transformed into space, energy and information could not be transformed into each other, as only things with the same number of dimensions can be transformed into each other. So now we rewrite the ‘energetic principle of physics’ as:

‘Energy never dies but constantly trans/forms itself into in/form/ation and vice versa’.

The 2 states of reality, Energetic Space and Informative clocks of Time, are in fact lineal planes and cyclical forms in movement that combine together, creating 4-D space-time fields of temporal energy, like the light wave that illustrates the graph, made of a bidimensional, lineal field of magnetic energy, over which a perpendicular, high electric field of information moves rhythmically in cyclical waves. Height is a dimension of time, because the repetition of time cycles accumulates in the dimension of height. Informative bits accumulate in ‘hyperbolic’ topologies that wrinkle and create the height of any space-time field as a whole entity, made of cyclical parts: cells accumulate as bits of information and a child grows; cycles accumulate in a hurricane that grows in height; life species evolve from planarians, simple energetic systems into human beings, and informative species of maximal height1. Einstein’s curved space-time cycles bend the energy of vacuum into vortices of masses that accumulate in height, creating a black hole; and so on. Thus, height is the dimension that accumulates information in evolving process, erased in the inverse events of biological death or transformation of mass into energy E=Mc2.
So the essence of a dynamic, physical space-time field is the combination and transformation of bidimensional, high in-form-ation into bidimensional, flat scales of energy. When both fields merge, they create a real 3-dimensional form, which ads a 4th dimension of frequency or rhythm, as in a ray of light, the simplest space-time field, made of 2 perpendicular planes: one of electric information with the dimension of height and frequency, and one of magnetic energy, with the dimension of width and speed. Yet since light is the space we use to construct our space-time mind-vision of the Universe, for that reason, Euclidean/Cartesian coordinates show the same 3 perpendicular dimensions of light.
In the realm of physics, one of the main proofs of such bidimensionality and the properties of information described before is the fact that it is the only explanation we have of a recently discovered phenomenon: the holographic principle that says information is bidimensional. And the discovery that when we become smaller back into the quantum world dimensions diminish into 2 dimensions 1:
- The holographic principle, a key element of modern physics, says information in the Universe is bidimensional. Even human beings, create 3 dimensionality combining 2 dimensions of form perceived by each eye. Indeed, 2 dimensions of time-information and 2 dimensions of space-energy combine in all beings to create all systems of reality.
- Fractal relativists have recently obtained our macrocosmic space-time, departing from 2 dimensional entities in the quantum world. Thus there are no more than 4 dimensions in the Universe. This is logic, when we go from small to bigger, we grow in dimensions. Quantum physicists who ignore logic principles pretend that the small (strings have more dimensions, up to 10). This is ridiculous. It is a logic paradox. The small is smaller because it has fewer dimensions. Now a group of fractal theorists have proved it with a method called casual triangulation. Another group has studied black holes as fractals of bidimensional vortices, quark masses, advancing the concept of mass as a bidimensional vortex of information… What this means unfortunately is that CERN will do quark, black holes ‘certainly’, that they will not evaporate as quarks do not evaporate and they will devour the Earth.
. The 2 membranes of space-time of the Universe, its ternary scales.
If you have understood the fractal paradigm, all what exists is NOT in an abstract space-time graph (Newton's pythagoric error, who confused the different 'vital spaces' of reality with the Cartesian graph), but is made of fractal quanta of space-time.
What you call your space-time is made of h-quanta of light. You exist in a light space-time. What physicists call the nuclei of atoms, is made of quanta of strong forces, called gluons.
But a quanta, which is interpreted as an abstract, probabilistic number in quantum theory is merely a fractal piece of space-time, a complementary system made of bites of spatial-energy and bits of temporal-information. This is self-evident even in quantum theory, where Planck defined those quanta as ‘actions’ with the dimension of energy and time. The Universe is indeed made of actions of energy and time, as when we say ‘I don’t have more energy or time to do this’. We are not solid spatial forms, a maya of the senses, so common among ‘naïve realist’ physicists, accustomed to touch the solid metal of their machines, but in a spiritual Universe made of actions of energy and time, which occupy a vital space and have a time rhythm. And each of the self-similar fractal worlds/membranes of the Universe has a minimal unit or ‘fractal quanta’, what we call here a ‘non-Euclidean point’ with a volume of energy and information that defines the space-time membrane. We exist in the space-time membrane of light made of h-quanta. But there is another space-time membrane of gravitational quanta, which Einstein also discovered, whose unit is λ, lambda, also called the cosmological constant. In scale relativity, Nottale has found and defined this constant, as Λ = 1/L2 , the minimal unit of the gravitational Universal membrane, where L is the minimal length of that membrane, the smallest bite off space, and obtained all the mathematical results to explain and harmonize both scales in mathematical terms. So we refer to his work for the 1st leg of mathematical proof, which accompanies the 2nd leg of experimental proofs that are coming on the fractal structure of the Universe. Because this book is for a wider audience, and we believe as Descartes put it that ‘all humans have common sense’; that is, a logic capacity to distinguish falsity from truth, we are more concerned with logical and visual explanations, with duality, the morphological invariance of all shapes of energy which are lineal, including the forces of nature, and all shapes of information which are cyclical, including the masses and charges of the 2 membranes of the Universe.
In each of those membranes, quanta evolve and form social groups, emerging a new topology, a higher scale of energy and form. And so what we call an entity or system of energy and information, normally stretches on 3 scales. For example, your organism is basically a fractal of biological energy and information extended in 3 scales, cells, individuals and societies, of which you are a relative cell. In physical, fractal, Non-Euclidean structures of the 2 membranes of space-time, there are also 3 basic scalar structures. An atom extends on the scale of basic h-quanta, which form light, electronic systems, made of dense photons, and electronic nebulae, which associate electrons. While its inner gravitational world of quarks can be decomposed in 3 scales. The lambda scale of ‘strings’, which are the components of gluons, which are the components of quarks. We have not perceived the lambda scale of strings. And the present configuration of strings is riddled with ‘hyperbolic errors’ and ‘pythagoric errors’ but essentially with those 3 scales and 2 membranes, we can explain perfectly the atom.
What about the cosmological world? Again we must consider that cosmological systems have 3 scales, the scale of particles, quarks, electrons and atoms, which are the units of cosmological bodies, black holes, quark stars and electronic stars, which are the atoms of galaxies. Those 3 scales thus interact in all the organic networks of galaxies. There might be another scale, the Universe and so on. But there is little evidence today, and an enormous number of pythagoric and hyperbolic errors in the formulations of the cosmological big-bang to take serious that theory.
All in all, it is evident that what we call a black hole or pulsar is made of quark quanta; it is a fractal of quarks. Thus we can apply to its vortices the laws of Newtonian fluids or the more complex equations of a Non-Euclidean vortex of space-time, as we do with any other 'medium' called a 'phase space' in physics. Those 3 'mediums' of the many mediums of the Universe is what matters to us. They can be considered akin to a hurricane, which is a 'medium' of air molecules, or to a tornado, which is a medium of water molecules. Those mediums have limits of speed which are the same for their lineal forces and cyclical vortices (the light space-time has c-speed limit, which is also the limit of speed of a rotational electron vortex).

5. Fractal, black holes and quark stars.
In the graph, our growing understanding of masses in terms of a fluid, relativistic vortex is an interesting prove of the distance between maths and reality, since mathematics merely offer an abstract, simplified picture of reality with equations we have to interpret in terms of real objects observed in the Universe. That is the case of a mass, which once Einstein’s equations were published was first depicted as in the left picture, like a ball that was curving downwards the space-time of the Universe. But that image is not logic and has no relationship with the Universe we observe. So physicists moved recently towards the second more logical and realistic version of the vortex of mass, curving inwards, illustrated by a fluid or gas vortex in pictures 2 (a fluid vortex) and 3 (a hurricane). This 3rd picture of the hurricane applied by analogy to a mass vortex, shows clearly what probably happens in a Quark condensate in the process of forming a pulsar or quark star. Each of the mini vortex that accelerate inwards towards the center of the black hole could be a particle, a quark, which acquires mass as it rotates faster, diminishing in length (all according to Relativity and the so-called Lorentz equations) and comes inwards towards the condensed, in which it fusions with other quarks into a single diminishing vortex, that packs very close one quark after another turning at light speeds in a state of highly ordered matter,
In the graph we observe also the evolution of true science, which in cosmology is the topological description provided by Relativity. First, in the beginning of the century, when Einstein published, only gravitation, the force external to the mass was treated under the Principle of equivalence, between force and acceleration. The mass was still considered a solid substance, a Maya of the senses, which fix the quantum fluctuations of energy and information into a mirror-image of the Universe, a fractal knot of information called the mind... But the fixed images of the mind are not reality. Reality, as we entered into deeper experimental evidence, turned out to be always vibrating, moving, fluctuating, at all scales we have perceived it. In the center, a bubble image of a particle. There are NOT solid substances but a constant flow of different space-times. This was finally understood thanks to the work of mainly 4 theorists, Mandelbrot, Sancho, Wilczek and Nottale, which expanded our mathematical and theoretical view of the Principle of Equivalence and the fractal structure of space/time; and the work of multiple experimentalists who validated it with observations. They are the founders of the fractal paradigm of science, which will be to XXI century science what the quantum paradigm was to XX c. science. In what concerns this book, it means that we must rely on the work of Einstein and Riemann, on a topological not probabilistic description of cosmology, energy and information. Because of the mathematical complexity of Fractal relativity, we shall here consider a simplified mathematical approach using the mathematics of Newton in its description of simple fluid vortex, whose approximation is 99% accurate and focus on the conceptual principles, but there is available literature in the work of those pioneers to fully grasp the meaning of mass, gravitation, black holes, quark condensates and the consequences for mankind of making those hurricanes of space-time on Earth.
Today, the previous picture of a vortex of space-time dragging masses into a black hole has become a common place in analogical research of black holes to the point that physicists study them in comparison with a fluid falling into a wave. It is a very pertinent comparison. The difference is that what it falls in the black hole are the tiniest forms of our Universe, strings and their composite forms, quarks and gluons. That is why a black hole erases reality: it sucks, folds and packages in the form of a super fluid, all the quarks and matter of our Universe… In fact, the prove of that theory has come with the fist experiments that tried to make a black hole in Brookhaven, a collider far smaller than the CERN collider, just a year ago….
The mathematical modeling of cyclones has been verified by the practical observation. According to the actual observation, a large tornado, which is a cyclone with suction, often harbors multiple suction vortices inside the column of dust, and subsidiary whirls continually form and dissipate around the bottom edges of a tornado. So happens, it seems, for what we have seen in the last experiments, with a black hole, which is very likely a Tornado made of quarks…
Let us put some simple maths to verify such assertion.

6. The Unification Equation.
Let us now go a little bit deeper in the structure of the Universe that CERN pretends to discover and Fractal relativity is discovering. The Saint Grail of CERN’s Physics today is the finding of an equation that unifies charges and masses as a single type of force. This has been tried for one hundred years from the perspective of substances and particles, by quantum cosmology, whose worldly profession is to make machines and weapons, which are solid, metal-based objects. And so they sponsor a concept called naïve realism according which things must be solid. They do not accept the geometrical/motion based concepts of Einstein. Yet Einstein always said the Unification equation should be based in the geometrical similarity between the equations of electromagnetism and gravitation.
Let us then use those simple principles, the equivalence principle between mass and acceleration, the existence of a fractal non-Euclidean structure of space-time, which means that the electromagnetic world and the cosmological world are just 2 self-similar fractal membranes of space-time of 2 scales, whose difference is the higher speed of rotation and hence the stronger force of the electromagnetic, quantum world. And finally the understanding that since rotation is the essence of mass, the concept that we shall find finally a hard particle, a solid ball a mere Maya of the senses.
And so we shall be able to obtain for the first time theoretically, the value of the stronger Universal Constant of charges (Coulomb) by merely translating the jargon of a charge to the jargon of a vortex of space-time, which is the same to all scales.
This can be done with the mathematics of Newton, Poison or Einstein which are just 3 stages in the constant refinement of the Principle of Equivalence and the geometrical analysis of the Universe. What matters is to understand the principles, which is what quantum cosmologists no longer do.
Let us then bring here with the notation of Newton and Poisson, which is far simpler than that of Einstein’s relativity, the simplified prove of the fractal nature of the Universe and its two scales, the quantum world and the cosmological world in which charges and masses are gravitational vortices of space-time of two different scales.
We consider, using Newton’s notation a mass a 3 dimensional, cyclical accelerated vortex of space-time defined in classic Newton Mechanics by a centripetal acceleration which gives us the classic definition of the Universal constant G as:
G M=ω2r3

Where r is in metres and ω is the angular acceleration in radians per second of any gravitational orbit.
This simple Newtonian equation, however, in the fractal paradigm, should apply to any scale of the Universe, able to describe any vortex of space-time, by merely changing the value of the Universal Constant G. Thus, we obtain the Fractal equation of any vortex of time.

Universal Constant of a space-time vortex, U (g,q) = w (angular speed)2 x Radius2/ Mass
If this is truth and the Universe is indeed a fractal of several sales, it means that the previous equation will be able to describe, both, a gravitational vortex of space-time in the cosmological scale with the Universal Constant G, but also a charge as a quantum vortex of space-time with the Universal Constant, Q, the constant of coulomb.
Let us then substitute the parameters for the values of the Sun (Mass)-Earth (rotational speed and radius) we get G.
The approximate values are:
Sun mass = 2 x 1030 kg; Earths angular velocity 2 x 10-7 radians per sec.
Earths orbit = 150 million kilometers.
Result: G=6.67 x 10 -11 kg-1 m3 rad. Sec.-2

This is standard gravitational theory. What has never been done, because the fractal paradigm was not known till recently is to substitute in the same equation of gravitational cosmological Masses, the mass radius and speed of the space-time vortex by the values of the fundamental quantum space-time vortex, a hydrogen atom/charge.
If the thesis of a fractal Universe, made of hierarchical scales is truth, then those values should give us the value of the Universal constant of charges, the coulomb constant.
Indeed, if we substitute for the Proton (Mass) and the Bohr electronic orbital (speed and radius):
4. x 1016 rad. sec. -1 = w (electron); 5.3 x 10-11 m. (Bohr radius) ; Proton mass = 1.6 x 10 -27 kg

Then we get a G, which is 2x1039 stronger than the gravitational radius. Thus the Hydrogen atom behaves as a self-similar fractal scale in the quantum world to a Solar System.
Our interest lays in the understanding of why a black hole is according to the “principles of the fractal universe a quark star and hence it will be formed at CERN with the same probability that a strangelet, an Einstein Condensate of quarks will be formed.
The relationships between those 2 fractal scales, the cosmological and quantum scale, is the next great mystery of physics, resolved by the fractal paradigm thanks to the Unification equation and Einstein's mass theory... To understand why, we must know translate to the gravitational jargon the radius of a proton, the particle made of quarks and gluons in the quantum world. If the hypothesis of a self-similar membrane of space-time of different scales of size holds as it does, when translating the values of electromagnetic constants, since both, a proton and a black hole in the 2 scales are made of quarks, the proton must be a black hole of the electromagnetic scale and so its radius, when translated to the jargon of gravitation must have the same formula than a black hole radius, called a Schwarzschild Horizon; and the strong force, equivalent in the quantum world to the gravitational force.
Unfortunately it proves the nature of black holes as quark stars, if the gravitational radius of the hydrogen atom has the same formula than the radius of a black holeAp.I,1. So a proton is self-similar to a black hole in the cosmological scale and a black hole must be made of quarks, its fractal parts, as a proton is made of gluons, the fractal parts of quarks... in a Universe of scalar, invariant properties...
Since electromagnetism and gravitation are merely the accelerated vortices of 2 different fractal branes of space-time, the microscopic and cosmologic branes.
And what matters to us here, is to understand how this simple model applies to the creation of fractal, quark holes, because if black holes are made of quarks as Einstein had it, they cannot evaporate, and they will be easily made at CERN.
Imagine that the infinitely small and the infinite big is almost the same, self-similar. That planets and galaxies behave like atoms and cells; that an assembly factory and a cell factory have the same structures and organization. They do in fact have them. How is this possible? This is due to a property call the invariance of energy and informative geometries in all scales of reality, latter explained in more detail. It means that the Universe is a fractal of energy and informative shapes and motions. So cyclical masses come together into cosmological, cyclical bodies, and energetic fields grow in size from quantum particles to galaxies. The danger of CERN is thus clear. The quark cannon will break protons and neutrons extracting the quarks inside them, and so it should create with them a cosmological quark star or black hole.
Because CERN ignores the laws of fractal relativity and follows the absurd concepts of Higgs about mass, and the evaporation of black holes, it denies it will do quark stars. But the standard model of mass, dark matter, quark matter, quark stars and black holes briefly outlined in this chapter so it will do.
In the next chapter, we shall consider those risks, once we have dismissed the absurd ideas of Higgs about mass and Hawking's about black holes, the 'theory of singularities'.
What CERN offers with its 'god particle' to explain even the slightest fact about masses sketched here compared to what Nottale and Sancho have done in the past 20 years in fractal, scalar relativity? nothing. A hoax to swindle 10 billion $ to European governments and the risk of making a quark black hole that will devour the earth. This Higgs theory is so absurd that The British ministry of science made a concourse to explain how the Higgs created mass, which was won by a college student with the argument depictured in the 2 images created by CERN. This is his explanation, as found in the University’s site, entitled:
A quasi-political Explanation of the Higgs Boson; for Mr. Waldegrave, UK Science Minister 1993.

1. The Higgs Mechanism
Imagine a cocktail party of political party workers who are uniformly distributed across the floor, all talking to their nearest neighbors. The ex-Prime- Minister enters and crosses the room. All of the workers in her neighborhood are strongly attracted to her and cluster round her. As she moves she attracts the people she comes close to, while the ones she has left return to their even spacing. Because of the knot of people always clustered around her she acquires a greater mass than normal, that is, she has more momentum for the same speed of movement across the room. Once moving she is harder to stop, and once stopped she is harder to get moving again because the clustering process has to be restarted. This is the Higgs mechanism. In order to give particles mass, a background field is invented which becomes locally distorted whenever a particle moves through it. The distortion - the clustering of the field around the particle - generates the particles mass. The postulated Higgs field in the vacuum is a sort of hypothetical lattice which fills our Universe. We need it because otherwise we cannot explain why the Z and W particles which carry the Weak Interactions are so heavy while the photon which carries Electromagnetic forces is massless.

The Higgs Boson.
Now consider a rumour passing through our room full of uniformly spread political workers. Those near the door hear of it first and cluster together to get the details, then they turn and move closer to their next neighbours who want to know about it too. A wave of clustering passes through the room. It may spread out to all the corners, or it may form a compact bunch which carries the news along a line of workers from the door to some dignitary at the other side of the room. Since the information is carried by clusters of people, and since it was clustering which gave extra mass to the ex-Prime Minister, then the rumour-carrying clusters also have mass. The Higgs boson is predicted to be just such a clustering in the Higgs field. We will find it much easier to believe that the field exists, and that the mechanism for giving other particles mass is true, if we actually see the Higgs particle itself. The next generation of colliders will sort this out.

Till here the official description of the Higgs boson. Yet that description forgets the most important point:

The Higgs field.
What is stopping those particles in Higgs theory? The answer is nothing we have heard of. Indeed, the Universe as it is has no field which stops and drags its particles, so Higgs invented out of the hat of the magician, from nowhere, a new Universal field, a fantasy, the Higgs field, which has never been observed. This in science is like inventing in religion a Paradise for the believers, like creating in literature the world of the Lord of the Rings. Mathematically or verbally it might be nice, even beautiful but it has nothing to do with reality. Science is not done inventing realities, but explaining events and entities of which we have already experience.

8. The Higgs Hoax.
The Higgs, an ‘energy only’ theory of a particle that cannot give mass to other particles, because particles that collider repel each other, and hence must give them mass with an esoteric mechanism is a topic ‘quantum/entropy’ theory of reality. It is also a topic case of the bad fruits of the tree of science, which marry false theories of reality, mostly of ‘entropy/energy’ only with the military-industrial complex that needs them to justify its creation of weapons. Indeed, it is self-evident that intelligent physicists do not believe in the Higgs, yet the Higgs is imposed in text books, scientific magazine, big science and marketing. Why? Because of Industrial corruption, the reason why the Higgs hype was born.
When I first heard about Higgs absurdity I was exploring the new mathematics of chaos, fractal and Non-Euclidean topologies, the basis of Einstein’s work and its most modern paradigm, fractal relativity, which has given us so many beautiful solutions, purposely ignored by the 'group thinking' of quantum nuclear physicists that MUST believe in Higgs. Why, indeed in the past 20 years, the establishment of nuclear physics has chosen the absurd theory of Higgs to fund the LHC, while the work of Einstein and its followers is ignored? Of course the answer is the last paragraph of David Millers: We will find it much easier to believe that the field exists, and that the mechanism for giving other particles mass is true, if we actually see the Higgs particle itself. The next generation of colliders will sort this out.
Voila. Suddenly the industry of atomic cannons was resurrected. We could keep building quark cannons forever; as we shall never find the false particle and we could always say we need more energy to propagate the rumor.
The details of the Higgs Hoax and how it allowed the creation of the III Horizon of Atomic weapons, super-fluid quark cannons started, indeed, at the end of the cold war, during the Reagan administration, when the Military-Industrial Complex was corrupting further its purpose, from making weapons to defend America, to making money, constructing ultra-expensive weapons. It was then realized that new super-conductive technologies could cross the III horizon of Nuclear Weapons, creating Mass-bombs, made of quarks… and in the process enhance our understanding of what mass is, clarifying the kind of theoretical arguments we have just explained. So the first quark cannon, the SCC or Super-conductive Collider were designed. It was marketed no longer as a weapon that might obliterate this planet, or an ultra-expensive machine that would give great benefits to the industry, but as a tool of research of the cosmic big bang. Yet changing the name of a weapon-machine doesn’t change its nature; as changing the name of CERN won’t change its purpose which is Nuclear Research, both with military and civil use.
Yet a careful analysis of the physics of that age shows, in fact, that the industrial perspective was dominant in the making of the SCC. Since the military were trying to downsize their massive arsenals in both countries US and Russia. Further on, the essential particles of the Standard Model of Physics have all been discovered. So it was difficult to sell the research of the III Horizon of Nuclear Weapons or Mass bombs, based in Einstein’s 2nd equation, M=E/c2, as a tool of knowledge. But when there is a will there is a way. It is in this moment of history when God’s particle appears, sponsored by Mr. Leo Lederman, the main lobbyist of the Industry, in charge of Fermi Lab, the biggest accelerator made till that date. He published a book called God’s particle and used it the concept as a perfect tool of marketing to reconvert the industry of Atomic cannons into civil use. Reagan, a president in loved with the military and God, gave the ahead and the SCC, the Superconductive Collider was fund. Soon it started construction at Texas at a cost equal to the expenses of the National Health Institute that year. The problem, though, is that Higgs particle was merely a reformulation of the Top quark with different equations. So it was not a real particle but a mathematical variation on the same theme. It was like calling a brunette, a dark hair girl. It is still the same person, though we are using 2 different names. And that same person in the Higgs case is the original top quark, the heaviest of them all and the particle which Nambu, this years Nobel Prize, had proved responsible for giving mass to the Z and W particles, which are the 2 transitional particles in which our atoms become transformed, before adding up its masses to obtain exactly the mass of a top quark. This is truly all the fuss there is about the God’s particle - a redundant particle that explains how our mass dies and becomes the W+Z=Top quark=Higgs. Yet according to the principles of efficiency and simplicity, the Universe doesn’t create redundant particles. Thus, because a top quark condensate does the same than a Higgs particle and has its same weight, instead of Higgs we shall observe top quark/antiquark and top quark, ttt- triplets, latter studied in more detail ‘team particles’ that will break our symmetry as a lion/lioness would do with a gazelle in the savanna. Indeed, those configurations should accrete the Earth and form a top quark frozen star, whose properties coincide with those of the densest black holes.
Because the top quark is self-similar to a Higgs, as the graph of LHC production in the cover of this book shows, and the LHC is expressly created to make Higgs, it certainly will do many Tops. In fact, Fermi Lab has now for a decade limited further the possible mass of the Higgs, and those constrains have been coming closer to the Top Quark, which will be finally its exact mass.
Obviously, this known-unknown fact of Nuclear Physicists is not explained by CERN, because it will make the LHC an unnecessary waste of resources, but in any case it proves Top quarks will be formed in great numbers, and they should create, an ultra-dense, super fluid vortex of quarks able to absorb light and all the quark-mass that resides inside the atoms of the Earth, expelling their electronic covers in the form of electroweak radiation, as we observe happening in all type of Nova and Super-nova reactions across the Universe or in the big-bang at large, which many physicists consider to be the hyper-explosion of a hyper-black hole made of a quark-gluon soup. Thus, the Higgs will never be found, given the fact that the Universe is efficient and so it never produces particles that are redundant, but instead we will create top quark condensates, which are what Einstein called, Frozen stars, his theory of black holes. And so once again Einstein will be proved right when he said: 'Those who impose truths with the power of weapons, will be the laugh of the Gods'.
Fact is if the Higgs is the top quark already discovered, the standard model is closed and the enormous costs of making a quark cannon cannot be sustained by fundamental research or military reasons, as the cold war had come to an end. For those reasons, Clinton wisely cancelled the earlier American SCC collider and thousands of nuclear physicists lost their jobs. This should have been the end of this industry, an spin-off of the cold war. Those nuclear physicists should have moved into the electronic industry, which is truly its alma matter – not Cosmology, the realm of the big, studied by Astronomers. And the different Ministries of Science should have pushed the research of the big bang with harmless telescopes far better suited to explore the Universe than a quark cannon. But CERN, the European Nuclear Company, founded by De Gaulle, as a European bid for nuclear independence, which had been lagging behind America during the cold war, saw now a chance to advance its cause and took over the project. Europeans, though, were kin to appear as pacifists. Thus, the true origin of accelerators and its military use was put aside; and a series of fringe theorists, like Mr. Higgs and Mr. Hawking, took the limelight. They became instant celebrities and their fringe theories suddenly appeared as the Golden Stone1 of modern physics. So, finally a machine that should have never been constructed, because its costs and risks far outweighed its scientific benefits, became a reality; and thousands of Nuclear Researchers, many working till then in Russia, constructing nuclear devices, got new jobs. Now, the LHC prepares its inauguration day that will usher mankind, after the age of Nuclear Bombs and Thermonuclear Bombs, into the 3rd Horizon of Nuclear Weapons: the age of Cosmic, Quark Bombs.
