Dear Members of CERN ( LHC ) , European Organization for Nuclear Research

As a concerned citizen of planet Earth I am deeply concerned about the potential risks involved in collider research that is being proposed for the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) located at the CERN research facility along the France / Switzerland border.

In the name of 6,7 billion human we are ask for an actuall and up to date official risk assessment to your LHC Program.

Due to the fact that your safety reports regarding black holes ( Hawking radiation ) and strangelts are only based / relying to some facts which are neither approved nor confirmable, even partitially in question, we shouldn’t forget that precisely these points are deciding that tests at the LHC will be safe and without any hazardous for our whole planet.The above mentioned most important facts in this case to avaoid horrendous consequences are neither approved nor confirmable.

We need some more facts cause we can not lay the whole world in e.g. only Hawkings hands.

In the name of all of us and in the name of our families and children it is indispensable to revise / adapt
the risk assessment for the LHC once again befor we start.
Nobody should be to proud to reconsider things ………

There are thousends outside which now about this dangers who couldn’t sleep anymore at night.Whatever all of you belive in ,please take actions necessary immediately and once again think about your doing.
However how hugh the scientific target , we should never forget that we maybe have only one chance to discover what we are looking for because after it can be already to late for a second chance.

Betreff: Klageerhebung auf Unterlassung / CERN Schweiz

Sehr geeherte Damen und Herren ,
aufgrund der Gefährlichkeit und dem nicht möglichen Ausschluss eventueller Katasthrophaler Folgen für die gesamten Welt möchte ich gegen das CERN www.cern.ch , European Organization for Nuclear Research ,sowie seine Mitglieder Klage auf Unterlassung ihrer Vorhaben ( LHC-Projekt ) erheben. Ich beschäftige mich schon länger mit der betreffenden Problematik
und wie Sie mit der u.g. Darstellung der Sache sehen können ist dies eine Gefahr für unser aller Leib und Leben.
Eventuell mögliche Gefahren können aufgrund der Sicherheitsberichte das Betreiber CERN nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Wir werfen dem CERN vor das nicht alle Eventuallitäten begutachtet wurden und die nötige Sicherheit nicht im geringsten Gewährleistet werden kann.

Das Email anbei habe ich bereits an alle Mitgliedsstaaten des CERN geschickt.
Bitte nennen Sie mir die entsprechenden Möglichkeiten sowie was zur Klageerhebung zu tun ist !!!
